"I have all my vehicles and other insurance with them. I had an office visit with Lesley a while ago and it was very nice to talk to her in person. Very genuine and really seems to care. The other day I had a longer phone call with her colleague Mellonie. She took her time to explain all kinds of different policies to me and prepared several quotes after the call. She was down to earth and wanted to talk about every day life topics too. I always appreciate some casual conversation to get to know each other."
