"I’ve been with this insurance agency 5 years. 1.) Customer service is poor to none existent. 2.) People act like they are doing things for the first time. 3.) Insurance Agents seem to have deviate personalities. 4.) They allow repair shops to commit Insurance fraud. 5.) They don’t seem to investigate hit and run accidents. 6.) Raised insurance $600.00 a year more without warning, or discussion. 7.) Would not recommend to anyone. Their Insurance license needs to be investigated by state."
