"I’ve been with this insurance agency 5 years. 1.) Customer service is poor to none existent. 2.) People act like they are doing things for the first time. 3.) Insurance Agents seem to have deviate personalities. 4.) They allow repair shops to commit Insurance fraud. 5.) They don’t seem to investigate hit and run accidents. 6.) Raised insurance $600.00 a year more without warning, or discussion. 7.) Would not recommend to anyone. Their Insurance license needs to be investigated by state."

"I had an appointment on august 6 with Mellonie Jackson to review my policies. Normally I dislike these kind of visits, But since I had my accident, I felt I needed it. Mellonie was the perfect person to see. She put me at ease first thing. I can't say enough nice things about her. She explained my policy details, answered my questions thoroughly. I learned a things about my policies that I wasn't aware of (and I took notes.) I would like to add that everyone in your office commendable in their service!"
